Eastern Maritime (Colombo) Limited, more commonly known as EML, was established in 1980, to facilitate the agency business of one of the leading Shipping Lines in the world. The company has grown over the years under the guidance of pioneering leaders in the Sri Lankan shipping industry. EML will be celebrating its 45th anniversary in 2025, and currently has evolved from an agency company to a multi-faceted logistics company providing an array of shipping services.

The Ports in Sri Lanka caters to an array of vessels plying the routes from the Far East to Europe and the United States, through the Arabian Gulf, Red sea and Mediterranean Regions.
